We are seeking highly motivated applicants with a passion for the fitness industry to join our fun and fulfilling Membership Sales Team.

You should have the following background and experience:

· You excel in developing strong customer relationships with club members as well as generating new business

· You possess clear communication and phone presentation skills.

· You have a passion for sales

· You are an ambitious, driven and goal-oriented team player who enjoys healthy competition and has a strong determination to succeed

· You enjoy networking and feel confident generating new business within the community

· You have a clear and detailed understanding of the clubs and clubs' services and are happy to be a resource to other departments by assisting with club related questions and/or concerns

It is also essential that you:

· Can learn and successfully navigate through our company CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint

· Can efficiently tour prospective members and/or guests through CAC facilities

· Can stand for extended periods of time

· Can lift up to fifteen pounds
