This role is a key part of a remote-first, globally distributed team, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across multiple functions and locations. You will manage core HR processes, maintain accurate records, and support seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees worldwide. The position requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach, balancing operational rigor with a people-centered mindset. You will collaborate closely with leadership, finance, and other teams to ensure HR processes run efficiently and data is handled securely. The role offers exposure to dynamic, technology-driven environments and provides opportunities to contribute to shaping HR practices in a fast-growing organization. Your work will directly impact employee satisfaction, engagement, and the overall success of the people function globally.
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and records management.
- Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR questions, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement HR processes and improvements.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Uphold confidentiality, data privacy, and security standards in all HR processes.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, people & engagement, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative digital tools.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain HR processes clearly to non-HR colleagues.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- People-centered approach: approachable, empathetic, and capable of building trust across teams and locations.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with operational data to drive decisions.
- Discretion, reliability, and strong focus on data privacy and security.
- Interest in technology, fintech, or crypto environments is a plus.
