The Program Manager drives operational excellence for the Blank School’s Centers & Institutes by leading program execution for a variety of small and large programs and events, including: logistics, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. This role designs and implements innovative systems to support growth and scalability, serves as the operational and logistical expert for events and initiatives, and fosters collaboration across campus and external partners to advance the Blank School’s mission.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead end-to-end delivery of programs across the Centers & Institutes portfolio, defining objectives, building run of show, coordinating speakers, and executing high-quality in-person and virtual sessions.
Work in Agile program operations by translating initiatives into clear requirements, driving backlog health, and facilitating/participating in Agile ceremonies to maintain velocity and predictable delivery.
Manage core platforms and data integrity (Cvent, Salesforce, Canva, Qualtrics; Webex/Zoom) to ensure accurate registrations, timely post coding, CRM updates within one business day, and dashboard/reporting readiness.
Build and sustain stakeholder relationships, collaborating with campus partners, alumni, donors, and external organizations to align content, marketing, and co-sponsor contributions that elevate program impact.
Standardize execution and knowledge management through scalable checklists, templates, and file architecture that enable consistent delivery, smooth handoffs, and faster onboarding
Recruit, onboard, and coordinate volunteers and student workers, providing clear roles, schedules, and training to ensure an excellent participant experience at events.
May execute marketing responsibilities such as newsletter strategy/development, social media, and content creation.
Assume additional responsibilities as required.

WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor’s Degree
A minimum of 6-8 years in program design and management, communication, and expertise in academia.
Demonstrated expertise in both project and program management, with outstanding organizational abilities and a proven capacity to oversee several initiatives simultaneously in an agile, fast-moving environment.
Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and with leaders at all levels.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canvas, Canva, SharePoint, and online communications platforms (Webex, Zoom, etc.).
Ability to foster an environment where colleagues have the freedom to take initiative, handle complexities with resilience, and appreciate open-mindedness, creativity, and agility.
Ability to work highly independently to solve problems, take on responsibilities, and act on initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
Must have creative problem-solving and innovation skills as well as strong marketing and customer service skills.

HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK
May require some evenings and weekends.
The Blank School team works in a hybrid work environment. This role is expected to be on site 1-2 days a week, with required meetings in person as needed. Hybrid expectations are subject to change at the manager’s discretion.
Must have had a valid unrestricted U.S. Driver’s License for one year, and maintain throughout employment an insurable (as determined by the College’s insurer’s criteria) or a satisfactory driving record; must successfully complete and pass the College’s vehicle training program within the first 60 days of employment; annual or more frequent review of employee’s driving record based on the College insurer’s criteria; and safety training as required by management.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS YOU MAY HAVE
Previous online curriculum experience preferred.
Previous entrepreneurial experience as an entrepreneur or within an entrepreneurial ecosystem preferred.
Previous experience with start up/new venture programming preferred.
This is an exempt position with the following pay range: $79,085 - $87,872; the role is also eligible for bonuses based on performance and budget.
Babson College offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees working at least 28 hours per week.
