JOB SUMMARY
Estate Yountville is redefining what it means to stay in Napa Valley, and we’re looking for a marketer who can bring that brand promise to life on property.
The Resort Marketing Manager serves as the on-property marketing lead, responsible for translating brand and marketing strategy into a cohesive, elevated guest experience across the Estate. This role sits at the intersection of brand, design, and resort operations, ensuring that every guest-facing touchpoint reflects the identity, standards, and storytelling of the Estate.
This role goes beyond coordination. It is responsible for owning the physical expression of the brand, leading the marketing layer of on-property programming and events, and producing the creative assets that support both on-property and campaign-driven initiatives.
You’ll work side-by-side with operations, F&B, guest experience, and leadership teams, while serving as the on-property partner to the broader marketing function.
This role is ideal for a highly autonomous operator with a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of hospitality, and the ability to execute at a high level in a dynamic environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of experience in hospitality marketing, brand management, or experiential marketingDeep understanding of brand experience within luxury or lifestyle hospitality environmentsStrong project management skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetExceptional attention to detail, especially in physical design, signage, and brand touchpointsComfortable navigating a dynamic hospitality environment and working cross-functionally with operations, F&B, and creative teamsExperience with vendor management, signage/print production, or interior brand elements is a plusPositive, clear communicator who thrives in collaborative settings
