Job Description

About Us
At Félix, we're building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S., starting with a revolution in remittances. Our core product is an AI-powered chatbot built on WhatsApp, allowing our users to send money home as easily as sending a text message. We leverage cutting-edge technology like AI, blockchain, and stablecoins to make cross-border payments faster, more affordable, and more accessible than ever before.
We are a hyper-growth Series B company, backed by over $100 million in funding from top-tier global investors, including QED, Castle Island, Switch Ventures, HTwenty, Monashees, and General Catalyst Customer Value Fund. This isn't just about the numbers; it's a testament to the trust our investors have in our vision and our team. Additionally, Félix was selected as an “Endeavour Entrepreneur” and was a recipient of the CrossTech Fintech Startups Award. We are a group of extremely talented and dedicated high-performers, united by our shared obsession with a single goal: empowering our customers. We are all owners of Félix, driven by a bias for action and a true experimentation spirit to get shit done with urgency and focus.
Joining Félix means you will be part of a team building a legacy, a company that will outlive us all. This is a rare opportunity to apply your skills to a deeply meaningful mission—serving a community that has been underserved for too long. We are a team that is fiercely loyal to each other, where radical transparency and constructive feedback are how we grow and push for excellence. We are bold, we care less about what others are doing, and more about creating sustainable value and a product that truly makes our users' lives better. We are building the future, today.

About the role
As Sr. Growth Product Manager, you will own the product layer of Félix’s growth engine. Your mission is to turn high-impact growth hypotheses into scalable product experiences across acquisition, activation, referrals, app, SEO, ASO, and other strategic growth surfaces. You will sit at the intersection of Growth, Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing, translating business objectives into product roadmaps, experiments, and user experiences that directly move conversion, retention, CAC, and organic growth. We are looking for a hybrid profile: someone with strong product judgment, deep analytical rigor, technical fluency, and a sharp understanding of consumer behavior. You should be able to identify friction in a funnel, define a clear hypothesis, work with designers and engineers to ship fast, and use data to decide whether to scale, iterate, or kill an initiative. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can operate strategically but also get very close to execution.
What You’ll Do
  • Growth Product Roadmap: Own the roadmap, prioritization, and execution of Félix’s growth product initiatives, ensuring every project is tied to a clear business outcome and measurable KPI.
  • Acquisition Flows: Lead the optimization of our acquisition surfaces, including landing pages (you will own our homepage + campaign landing pages), onboarding flows, web-to-WhatsApp flows, paid media destinations, and other conversion-critical experiences.
  • Referral and Viral Growth: Own the product experience of our referral program and other viral or word-of-mouth growth loops, improving usability, tracking, incentive logic, conversion, and scalability.
  • App Growth and Store Discovery: Partner with Growth and Product to improve the app as both an acquisition and retention surface, including ASO, install-to-transaction conversion, push notification opportunities, and deeper funnel tracking.
  • SEO, ASO, and AI-Driven Discovery: Lead product-driven growth opportunities across SEO, ASO, and emerging LLM-driven discovery surfaces, ensuring Félix is easy to find, understand, and convert from across high-intent channels.
  • Experimentation and Conversion Optimization: Design and execute rapid experimentation cycles across the funnel. You will define hypotheses, success metrics, test plans, instrumentation needs, and post-test recommendations.
  • Data-Informed Decision Making: Analyze funnel performance, user behavior, cohort data, attribution signals, and experiment results to understand what is actually driving growth. You will be expected to go beyond surface-level metrics and identify the “why” behind performance.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Core Product, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Brand, and Finance to ensure growth initiatives are shipped with quality, speed, consistency, and measurable impact.
  • Design Leadership & Systems: Lead the evolution and consistency of our design systems across all growth assets. You will act as the guardian of visual brand integrity, ensuring that every new experiment, landing page, or app flow maintains a cohesive, professional, and high-quality aesthetic.

You will be successful in this role if you can:
  • Increase conversion across key acquisition and activation flows.
  • Improve the performance and scalability of referral and organic growth loops.
  • Help unlock better measurement, tracking, and attribution across growth product surfaces.
  • Reduce friction between user intent and transaction completion.
  • Ship experiments quickly while maintaining high product quality.
  • Build a repeatable growth product operating rhythm across roadmap, experimentation, execution, and learning.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong Product Judgment: You have solid experience in Product Management, ideally with a focus on growth, conversion, onboarding, activation, or consumer funnel optimization. You care about UX, clarity, simplicity, and measurable business impact.
  • Growth Mindset: You understand that a product is not only about features. It is also about acquisition, activation, retention, referrals, trust, habit formation, and reducing friction at every step of the user journey.
  • Analytical Depth: You are highly comfortable with data. You can analyze funnels, cohorts, experiments, user segments, and conversion paths. You know how to separate noise from signal and how to translate analysis into product decisions.
  • Technical Fluency: You understand how products are built. You can reason through integrations, event tracking, data flows, APIs, product architecture, and engineering tradeoffs without needing to be an engineer yourself.
  • Experimentation Discipline: You know how to structure hypotheses, define success metrics, design A/B tests or other validation methods, and make clear decisions based on results.
  • Consumer Product Experience: You have experience building or scaling B2C products, preferably in high-volume, mobile-first, fintech, marketplace, consumer app, or transactional environments.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: You can lead designers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders without relying only on authority. You write clear requirements, align teams, unblock execution, and keep everyone focused on impact.
  • Critical Thinking and Taste: You are constantly looking for what can be improved. You notice inconsistencies, unnecessary steps, unclear flows, broken logic, and missed growth opportunities. You have strong product taste and a bias toward simple, elegant solutions.

Ideal Background
  • Experience in Growth Product, Product Management, Conversion Rate Optimization, Consumer Product, or Product-Led Growth.
  • Experience working with acquisition funnels (B2C), onboarding, referrals, SEO, ASO, mobile apps, lifecycle triggers, or paid media landing experiences.
  • Strong comfort with analytics tools, event tracking, dashboards, experimentation platforms, or SQL-like analysis.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and growth teams.
  • Fintech, remittances, consumer finance, marketplace, or high-frequency transactional product experience is a plus.

These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary
  • Initial stock options grant
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Health, dental, and vision plans
  • Remote work environment, although we have offices in Miami and México City and would love to work in hybrid model if you are up to it.
  • Continuous learning opportunities
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid parental leave
  • Empowering opportunities for growth in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
