This role is a high-impact enterprise sales position focused on driving new business growth within the supply chain planning and optimization space. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing strategic accounts across the CPG and manufacturing industries, working directly with senior and executive-level stakeholders. Operating in a fast-scaling SaaS environment, you will sell complex, value-driven solutions powered by advanced AI technology that transforms how global companies manage demand, inventory, and supply chain efficiency. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, deep enterprise sales expertise, and the ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will own your territory end-to-end, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver measurable customer value. - Drive new logo acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise accounts within the CPG and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Engage and influence senior and C-level stakeholders, delivering value-based presentations and solution narratives.
- Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, account tracking, and opportunity management in Salesforce.
- Apply a consultative, value-based selling approach to demonstrate measurable ROI for customers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including pre-sales, solution experts, and customer success to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Negotiate complex SaaS and services agreements with enterprise clients, legal teams, and procurement stakeholders.
- Ensure ethical selling practices aligned with solution capabilities and long-term customer success.
- Support post-sale alignment with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Continuously develop territory strategy and market insights to expand pipeline opportunities.
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally within retail technology, supply chain, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar ($3M+) quotas in complex enterprise sales environments.
- Strong experience selling into CPG and manufacturing industries, engaging senior business and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
- Strong value-based and consultative selling skills with experience using structured sales methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience closing high-value SaaS and services contracts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline and forecast management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in executive-level discussions.
