UI/UX Designer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer in the United States.

This role focuses on shaping intuitive, high-impact digital experiences that help users navigate complex data and workflows with clarity and confidence. You will design across web-based products, SaaS platforms, and internal tools, ensuring every interaction supports better decision-making for professionals in a fast-moving industry. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, you will translate user needs and behavioral insights into elegant, functional design solutions. The environment is highly collaborative and outcome-driven, where design is directly tied to product performance and business growth. You will be expected to think beyond screens, influencing end-to-end user journeys and system-wide experience improvements. This is a hands-on role for a designer who combines strong visual craft with strategic product thinking and a strong sense of ownership.

Accountabilities:
  • Design user-centered experiences across web platforms, SaaS products, and digital interfaces with a focus on usability and clarity.
  • Translate complex workflows, datasets, and business requirements into simple, intuitive user journeys and interface designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs to support product development and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business and user goals.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products and features.
  • Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to validate assumptions and improve design decisions.
  • Leverage user behavior insights and product data to refine and optimize the user experience over time.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives where design plays a key role in driving engagement, retention, and growth.
Requirements:
  • 3–6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or interaction design roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both user experience thinking and high-quality visual/UI execution.
  • Experience designing for web applications, SaaS platforms, or data-heavy products.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, user-friendly design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Nice to have: experience in media, real estate, financial services, or data-driven products; exposure to analytics tools like Mixpanel; experience with design systems or AI-powered interfaces.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 depending on experience and location.
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Unlimited paid time off and paid parental leave.
  • Flexible remote or hybrid work arrangements depending on location.
  • Opportunity to work on impactful, data-driven products with real user and business outcomes.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
