Job Description

We are a family owned restoration company that helps people through water, mold, and fire damage situations. This is a cross-functional field role that combines client response responsibilities with hands-on mitigation work depending on business needs.
Some weeks may focus heavily on responding to leads and helping clients through the sales process. Other weeks may involve more active mitigation and restoration work in the field. This role is designed for someone who is energized by variety and willing to support both client response and field mitigation operations depending on business needs.

What would I be doing?As a Restoration Field Specialist, you will support both our business development and mitigation operations teams by serving clients throughout the restoration process.Responsibilities may include:
- Responding to warm leads by traveling to clients’ homes throughout our service territory
- Building rapport with homeowners and asking thoughtful questions to understand their needs
- Assessing damage within the home and proposing restoration solutions
- Following up with clients regarding questions, approvals, and project updates
- Assessing, documenting, and communicating mitigation plans
- Performing water, fire, and mold mitigation services
- Removing damaged materials and extracting water
- Carrying, setting up, monitoring, and removing drying equipment
- Demolishing damaged portions of the property when necessary
- Cleaning and preparing homes for reconstruction
- Communicating internally with team members to ensure excellent client service
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance of vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Other duties may be assigned based on operational needs
