This is a rare one. You'll sit at the centre of how Blinq looks and feels in the world. The brand is fresh out of relaunch, the foundations are strong, and there's huge headroom to extend it across product, performance, ecomm, and everything in between.
Your biggest superpower will be making our AI product impossible to ignore. Blinq shows up everywhere: in-app, on web, in paid, in sales decks, on social, on video, in the real world at events. We need someone who can bring it to life visually in both abstract and realistic ways. If you've spent time figuring out how to make digital products look as good as they work, this role is built for you.
You'll report into Brand and Product Marketing, and partner closely with our motion designer, web designer, and product design team.
- Make our product unmissable: UI mockups, app store visuals, motion storyboards, in-product illustration, and abstract product representation across every marketing surface
- Extend the brand: build out the system Ragged Edge handed us into components, templates, and asset libraries that scale our output
- Build for the agentic future: help shape how a brand team operates with AI tools, designing the systems and guardrails so we can move at the pace the company is moving
- Direct shoots: photo and video for our AI product (used by real people in real settings) and our NFC product line (more ecomm, more D2C)
- Direct external partners: brief and direct freelancers, contract designers, and external agencies as we scale our output
- Design performance creative: ad sets that test, learn, and ship fast across paid social and search
- Craft documents that sell: pitch decks, sales collateral, customer-facing PDFs that look as good as they read
- 4-7+ years brand design experience, ideally with serious time spent representing SaaS products
- A portfolio that shows strong product fluency: UI work, marketing surfaces that bring product to life, both abstract and realistic
- You've designed performance creative before. Not your specialty, but you've done it well
- Figma fluent. Comfortable in Canva. Open and curious about AI tools, even if you haven't gone deep yet
- A strong cross-functional collaborator who works well with product designers, marketers, and salespeople
- Energised by variety: from a performance ad to a shoot to extending a design system in the same week
