We are looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant who is ready to dive deep into the art of talent acquisition and client partnership.
The RoleThis is a high-touch, developmental role designed for someone who wants to master the full recruitment lifecycle. You won't just be finding names; you will be crafting the narrative for candidates and helping clients build world-class teams. You will be mentored by senior leaders, moving from back-end research to front-end client strategy and workshop delivery.
Market Mapping: Conduct deep-dive research into target industries to identify top-tier talent.
Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and our internal database to build diverse candidate pipelines.
Outreach: Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach messages that reflect AIP’s authentic and professional brand voice.
Shadowing & Interviews: Participate in and shadow senior-led interviews to learn the AIP Method of behavioral assessment.
Candidate Prep: Coach candidates for client interviews, providing them with deep insights into company culture, technical expectations, and fit nuances.
Reference Management: Conduct thorough, insightful reference checks that add qualitative value to the candidate profile.
Presentations: Develop compelling Candidate Presentation decks for clients, highlighting not just skills, but the human reason why they are a match.
Workshop Creation: Assist in developing content and frameworks for client workshops (e.g., "Best Practices for Inclusive Hiring" or "Retention Strategies").
Insights Support: Gather market intelligence and salary data to help consultants advise clients on hiring trends.
Service Delivery: Ensure a seamless client experience from the initial brief through to the candidate’s first day.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a high-volume administrative/research role.
Research Savvy: You know how to dig. You are comfortable navigating LinkedIn and various digital tools to find hidden talent.
Communication: Exceptional storytelling and writing skills. You can write a candidate bio that makes a client want to meet them immediately.
Agility: You can pivot from a data-heavy research project to a high-energy candidate coaching session without missing a beat.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, HR, or a related field.
