Job Description

Litigation Attorney

Our client, a well-established California-based labor and employment firm, is seeking to hire a
fully remote Mid-level Attorney (3+ years) with civil court litigation experience. Employment law
experience is preferred but not required, depending on other strengths.
The position requires an experienced attorney who has hands-on experience with litigation
(discovery, depositions, motion, and hearing practice), can effectively communicate with clients
and opposing counsel, and can hit the ground running with a docket. Full trial experience is not
required.
This is a terrific opportunity to take a hands-on role at a plaintiff’s firm with an established track
record, a solid support structure and existing business already in place.
The firm exclusively represents employees in wage and hour and FEHA claims throughout
California in both state and federal courts and arbitrations.
Join a team committed to protecting employee rights. Please include your resume, a cover
letter, and any other relevant documents. All resumes will be treated confidentially.
Must be licensed in good standing with the California Bar to be considered.
