Litigation Attorney

Our client, a well-established California-based labor and employment firm, is seeking to hire afully remote Mid-level Attorney (3+ years) with civil court litigation experience. Employment lawexperience is preferred but not required, depending on other strengths.
The position requires an experienced attorney who has hands-on experience with litigation(discovery, depositions, motion, and hearing practice), can effectively communicate with clientsand opposing counsel, and can hit the ground running with a docket. Full trial experience is notrequired.
This is a terrific opportunity to take a hands-on role at a plaintiffs firm with an established trackrecord, a solid support structure and existing business already in place.
The firm exclusively represents employees in wage and hour and FEHA claims throughoutCalifornia in both state and federal courts and arbitrations.
