Opportunities for additional compensation:

  • Path to earn additional hourly pay based on clinical skills and key performance indicators
  • unlimited Production-Based Compensation in addition to hourly earnings: opportunity to earn additional daily commission added to each paycheck

Requirements:

Licensing & Education:

  • Current and valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • CPR certification (Basic Life Support)

Clinical Skills:

  • Proficient in performing dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and other preventive procedures
  • Ability to take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
  • Knowledge of infection control, sterilization procedures, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance
  • Ability to apply fluoride treatments, dental sealants, and other preventive measures

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent patient care and communication skills
  • Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration with dentists, assistants, and office staff

Technical & Administrative Skills:

  • Familiarity with dental charting and documentation
  • Ability to schedule patients and manage time efficiently
  • Comfort with using dental technology and equipment
