The Shift Leader is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting manager / assistant manager in a variety of store operating duties. The Lead will serve as a role model of barista responsibilities and team leader when management is not present.

-We are looking for an amazing, outgoing and friendly individual who is interested in working 20-25 hours a week in the morning / afternoon in a energetic fast paced work environment.

-You need to have a passion for people and be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
