Warehouse Associate at Hackbarth Delivery Service – Little Rock, Arkansas

Hackbarth Delivery Service, Inc is a leading logistics and distribution company committed to delivering excellence in service. We take pride in our dedicated team and are looking for a Warehouse Associateto join us in our mission to efficiently handle and distribute goods to our customers.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for accurately sorting and organizing incoming shipments and preparing them for distribution. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly contribute to our ability to meet customer demands effectively.

Process customer product returns and containers.
Check-in returning driver's documents.
Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts
Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Wrap pallets for secure shipment
Loading and Unloading inbound and occasional outbound LTL loads.

Must pass background check and drug screening. (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent
One year Microsoft Office experience. (Required)
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Experience operating warehouse equipment (Required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in extreme temperatures / non-climate controlled environment.
Team player with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
Must be able to push, pull, drag, and lift 50 lbs.

Competitive hourly wage
$16.00/hr
