Sales & Operations Administrator at KMC Controls – New Paris, Indiana

KMC Controls, Inc., a leader in innovative building automation and control solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Administrator to join our team! In this role, you’ll support our Customer Success, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure our customers receive the best service possible.

What You’ll Do

• Enter customer orders and assist with purchasing and software licensing
• Help manage customer contracts and pricing
• Be a go-to resource across multiple teams

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office required; Epicor MRP/CRM a plus)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive, team-first attitude
