Job Description
The Guest Services Representative serves as a welcoming and reliable resource for patients, visitors, and staff at Valleywise Health. This role is often the first point of contact, ensuring a positive and professional first impression for all who enter our facilities.
Key responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting guests with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.

Identifying and responding to guests needs to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Promoting smooth patient and visitor flow throughout the facility by providing clear directions and assistance.

Supporting a safe, friendly, and respectful environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Hourly Pay Range: $16.22 - $23.92
Qualifications
Education:
-
Requires a high school diploma or GED.
-
Associate's degree preferred.
Experience:
-
Must have a minimum of one (1) year of customer service-related experience that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Prefer experience in a healthcare environment.
Specialized Training:
-
Spanish Bilingual Associate Certification is strongly preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
-
HeartSaver or CPR certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-
Requires basic PC experience in a Windows environment including the ability to use the internet and learn internal company software.

Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing including knowledge of basic grammar, spelling & punctuation.

Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.

Time management skills are a must.

Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.

Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
-
Creativity, independent thinking, and problem-solving skills are strongly preferred.

Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays preferred.
