Job Description
Location: Riot Creative Imaging (a division of ARC Document Solutions)
Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee large-format digital printing projects from concept to installation. This role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage installations and site surveys with vendors and clients
- Client entry into the accounting system
- Lead project meetings and communicate updates
- Close tickets and finalize invoices daily
- Source materials and vendors for RFQs and installations
- Ensure projects are completed economically and on schedule
- Maintain vendor relationships and pricing awareness
- Collaborate with sales, estimating, and production teams
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience (preferably in construction or large-format printing)
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, and production workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, math, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel locally and work occasional nights/weekends
- GED required
