As you may know, Beacon Health System and Ascension have entered into an agreement through which Beacon will acquire certain Michigan hospitals and healthcare delivery operations currently owned by Ascension. This transition is expected to become final on July 1, 2025 (“Closing Date”), at which point your employment with Ascension will conclude.

1. Complete Your Onboarding Link
   • You will receive a notification to formally apply for your new role with Beacon. Please complete this promptly to initiate the transition process.
2. Background Investigation
   • Once your application is submitted, you will receive a separate email with a secure link to complete your background screening. Please follow the instructions provided to complete this step as soon as possible.
3. Health Screening Appointment
   • After the background screening is underway, a member of the Beacon team will reach out to schedule your health screening appointment. This is a required step before your official start date.
