Front and Back of House - Allegiant Stadium Location at Rollin Smoke Barbeque – Las Vegas, Nevada

Rollin Smoke Barbeque is looking for motivated and reliable individuals with great customer service skills. We are currently hiring for Front and Back of House for our location at Allegiant Stadium. All positions are part-time/seasonal, for scheduled events only based on scheduling needs.

Each employee must bring a smile to work every day, take direction well, be self-motivated, clean, handle large workloads, and be a team player. Hours will vary per event.

Starting pay: $12/hr plus shared part of tip pool

Requirements:

• Food service background is required

• Must possess a Southern NV Health Dept card

• Front of House will need a TAM card and ability to serve alcohol (only for 21+)

• Good communication skills & Positive, Friendly demeanor are essential

• Prioritizes sanitation and maintains a clean work environment at all times

• Demonstrates complete ownership of workstation

• Accountable and reliable

• Ability to follow direction and be self-sufficient

• Excellent customer service skills

• 2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant, on the line and in the catering field preferred, *not required

• Works well under pressure, and excels in fast paced environment

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time

• Valid Driver’s License/ ID

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
