What You'll Expect

As a Cage Cashier, you’ll safeguard company assets, handle cash and chips accurately, and ensure all transactions meet regulatory and company standards. You’ll deliver friendly, efficient service to guests while maintaining strict confidentiality.

What You'll Do

Balance assigned bank drawers and maintain accurate recordsExchange chips, cash, and vouchers for guests in a timely, courteous mannerProcess jackpots, table fills, credits, and credit card/EFTPOS advancesMaintain custody of coin, currency, checks, and all cage transaction recordsAssist with clearing and resetting HHR machinesEnsure compliance with Title 31, including preparing CTRs and MTLsSupport other cashiers and assist the Cage Shift Manager as neededPerform all vault functions and balance chip bank inventory

Previous gaming or banking experience preferredExcellent customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills

What We Require

High school diploma or GEDAbility to obtain a gaming licenseMust be able to work in a noisy, smoky environment with some exposure to temperature extremesPhysical ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and perform repetitive cash handling tasks
