Inventory Coordinator at Hall Imports LLC – Brookfield, Wisconsin

COMPENSATION: $12.00 - $15.00 / hour

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual who is looking for a part-time or full-time job with a flexible schedule to fill our Inventory Coordinator position. This is an entry level position and a great start to get your foot in the automotive industry!

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining our dealership's vehicle inventory and lot. You will assist in receiving new shipments, ensure all accessories are included, and move and arrange vehicles to optimize space. You will ensure new, used, wholesale, and awaiting title vehicles are parked in designated lot areas, as well as those waiting for maintenance and to be cleaned. To ensure success you need to be accountable and be vigilant in performing your duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable by maintaining inventory appearance and performance
• Ensuring the lot is organized, clean, and free from trash, litter, and debris
• Arranging and parking vehicles in designated lot areas in accordance with dealership display standards
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Inform supervisor of issues as they arise
• Complying with all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFITCATIONS

• At least 17 years of age
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles or demonstrate willingness to learn
• Ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Attention to detail
