Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will help patients restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain through targeted interventions. You will assess conditions, create treatment plans, and collaborate with a dedicated team to monitor progress.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
- Educate patients on recovery strategies
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/Master's)
- Licensed to practice in Florida
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Prior clinical experience preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid driver's license with reliable, insured vehicle
