What you’ll be doing

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centred care. You will:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of clinical care in residential settings

• Develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans tailored to individual needs

• Use your clinical judgment to assess and respond to changing conditions

• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and families to support residents’ wellbeing

• Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers

• Work within caring, multidisciplinary teams that value professionalism, compassion, and respect

About you

You’re a qualified, compassionate nurse who takes pride in delivering quality care. You’ll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• A commitment to holistic, person-centred nursing practice
