About the Opportunity

STSS Inc is seeking experienced Food Runners to join our team supporting a busy, authentic Indian restaurant located in Cary, North Carolina.

This is a temp-to-perm position — start as a temporary employee with STSS Inc, and based on performance, transition into a permanent role with the restaurant. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong hospitality experience, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders accurately and promptly to guests.
• Ensure correct presentation of all dishes.
• Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables.
• Refill beverages and provide condiments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining area.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff.
• Support the front-of-house team during peak hours.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

• ✅ Prior restaurant or food service experience required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
