Trainee Operations Manager – Clovercrest
Join us at our Clovercrest swim school as a Full time Trainee Operations Manager, where you’ll gain hands-on experience running daily operations and master the State Swim program. You’ll lead and support staff to deliver exceptional experiences for swimmers and parents, all while upholding our high standards of customer service. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact in a fun, community-focused environment.
What we’re looking for:
A genuine interest in developing your knowledge of our brand, products, and services
Swimming industry experience (highly desirable but not essential)
A love of working with children and delivering outstanding customer service
Adaptability to take on a variety of procedural responsibilities
Exceptional organisation skills and a knack for problem-solving
A proactive approach — works well in a team but takes initiative when needed
Availability to work one weekend shift per week
A commitment to creating a fun, dynamic, and welcoming environment
