About This Position
In this role, you will:
- Have firm understanding and commitment to the end-to-end plan to accomplish client engagement goals.
- Manage multiple active work streams with clients and serve as their trusted liaison.
- Build a project plan using our standard implementation template to deliver on the cognitive use case implementation.
- Lead daily stand-ups to elicit discipline toward delivering results.
- You have 5+ years of project management experience
- You have 3+ years of experience managing internal and external relationship management
- You have 3+ years of experience in managing technical teams in a direct or matrixed capacity
- You have 2+ years of industry experience in one of the following verticals: Financial, Professional Services, Technology Services, Media, Insurance, Healthcare, Finance, Telecommunications, or Government
- You have ability to solve complex business problems via the application of top-down thinking
- You have ability to manage delivery risk, managing via exceptions and thoughtful escalations
- You have ability to envision each client's path to transformation
- You have ability to write, defend, and execute business cases and value
- You have ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences, including client executive teams
- You have knowledgeable in AI/cognitive and machine learning domain
- You have proven ability to lead, collaborate, and mentor, demonstrating professional etiquette in all interactions
- You have ability to incorporate the voice of the customer and your peers into process, product, and professional development
This position is available across the United States. Employees within a 60-mile radius of a SoundHound AI office are expected to work from the office on three pre-scheduled, company-wide “core days” per month to encourage cross-team connection and in-person collaboration.
The estimated salary for this position is $96,000–$140,000 depending on location tier, plus equity. In addition to salary and equity, you will receive comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits. Our recruiting team will provide a specific salary range based on location and years of experience.
