Warehouse Supervisor at Kerr Controls – Moncton, New Brunswick

Kerr Controls Ltd. (Kerr) is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment and Supplies. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated and highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor primarily working from our Moncton, NB location.

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations of the warehouse and ensures compliance with Kerr’s policies and vision, while guiding and coaching a dedicated warehouse team focused on timely and accurate customer service. The Warehouse Supervisor directs the Branch’s shipping and receiving operations while maintaining an orderly, efficient, and safe environment for the team

What you bring to the team:

• Demonstrated expertise in implementing process improvement initiatives

• 5 years of previous experience in a warehouse management role

• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software is considered an asset

• Strong leadership skills and ability to successfully manage staff

• Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills
