About This Position
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Specialist to manage and support our organization's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading systems while delivering exceptional technical support to our team.
•System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
•Technical Support: Provide timely support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
•Network Administration: Monitor and maintain network performance, including servers, routers, and switches.
•Security Management: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect systems and data.
•System Upgrades: Evaluate and recommend updates to improve technology systems; oversee installation and implementation.
•Backup & Recovery: Ensure proper data backup procedures are in place and manage recovery operations when needed.
•Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations, support requests, and technical solutions.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
•Associate’s degree - Required
•Bachelor’s degree – Preferred
SALARY RANGE
$45,000 - $95,000 annually
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
5-10%
