About the Role:

The Landscaping Account Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing client accounts within the landscaping industry. This position is responsible for ensuring that all landscaping projects meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns that may arise. Additionally, this role includes manage junior manager teammates, the schedule, maintenance, and sales, to deliver high-quality landscaping services. Ultimately, the success of this position is measured by client satisfaction, project efficiency, and the growth of the client portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management or project management within the landscaping or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in landscape design or project management.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management in a landscaping context.
• Familiarity with landscaping software and tools.
