Food & Beverage Manager at Tampa Bay Downs Inc – Tampa, Florida

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including concessions, restaurants, bars and banquet services. This role ensures efficient, high-quality service, profitability, and compliance with health and safety standards. The F&B manager provides leadership to staff, supports Director of Food & Beverage, and works to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Previous experience in food and beverage management (hospitality, restaurant, or event venue preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Understanding of food safety, ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and event days.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
