Part-Time (0.6 FTE) Interventional Radiologist Opportunity

LifeBridge Health System - Baltimore, Maryland

LifeBridge Health (LBH) is a regional health care organization based in Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Carroll County, MD. LBH is seeking a part-time, Interventional Radiologist to join our system-wide Radiology Department. This position allows a Flexible Schedule, with Financial Security and Full Benefits.

Position Details:

  • Two working weeks per month which can be arranged as alternating weeks (one on/one off) or as a block schedule (two on/two off)
  • Each working week includes five 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
  • Call coverage is required during only ONE of the two working weeks (approximately one in four weeks).

Required qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an Accredited Medical School
  • Current ABR/AOBR certification of added qualification in Interventional Radiology
  • Successful completion of a fellowship in Interventional Radiology
  • Ability to successfully obtain Maryland Medical License without restrictions and current (or obtainable) DEA license

The Department has fifteen Radiology providers. The Department of Radiology provides support for a competitive Residency program. There is long-standing collaboration with both Johns Hopkins and University of Maryland Shock Trauma, and an affiliation with the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences with the creation of a regional medical campus.
