About This Position

Who We Are

We’re a people-first organization on a mission to protect families and empower careers. For more than 60 years, we’ve helped working-class individuals across North America secure their financial futures — while giving our team the tools, training, and flexibility to build a career that fits their life.

What sets us apart isn’t just what we do, but how we do it. We value integrity, growth, and community. Every member of our team plays a key role in creating a supportive, growth-oriented culture where success is earned through effort, teamwork, and purpose.

Through partnerships with unions, associations, and community organizations, we’ve built a reputation for delivering benefits people can trust. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for motivated professionals who want to make an impact while developing a meaningful, long-term career.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for families who rely on us for protection and peace of mind. Your focus will be helping them understand their benefit options, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident about their coverage.

This isn’t a call-center job — it’s an opportunity to educate, connect, and make a difference. You’ll guide clients through important decisions, making sure every interaction is clear, respectful, and helpful. Over time, you’ll build relationships that last and contribute to the financial security of the people you serve.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Connect with clients to review their benefits and address questions or updates

  • Simplify complex coverage details so families can make confident decisions

  • Maintain consistent follow-up and personalized communication

  • Work closely with leadership to improve systems and client experience

  • Participate in training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development

Who Thrives Here
  • Excellent communicators who genuinely enjoy helping others

  • Organized, dependable self-starters comfortable working remotely

  • Team players who bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Individuals eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States

Experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is helpful — but not required. We’ll provide all the training and guidance you need to succeed.

Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Freedom to work from anywhere with a fully remote setup

  • Weekly pay and monthly bonuses based on performance

  • Hands-on mentorship and skill development from experienced leaders

  • Clear advancement opportunities with real potential for growth

  • A mission-driven culture built on support, collaboration, and purpose

  • The chance to make a real difference in the lives of families every day
