Certified Personal Trainer at TruFit Athletic Clubs – San Angelo, Texas

Role & Responsibilities:

• Showcase the value of personal training by delivering an exceptional experience for both new and existing clients.
• Enhance member engagement by providing guidance and education on personalized fitness programs and club products.
• Motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals by setting targets, developing tailored workout plans, and monitoring progress.
• Design and implement comprehensive fitness programs aligned with clients' goals, incorporating effective exercise selections and promoting a sustainable fitness lifestyle.

• We have certification resources available for candidates who aspire to be certified or need to re-certify.
• Understand the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise techniques.
• Able to coach, motivate, and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journey.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base.
• Prior Personal Trainer experience is preferred but not required. If you are not certified but you've "got what it takes" to succeed in fitness, we have a clear and affordable path to becoming certified.

Certifications / Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness, or related field or National Personal Training Certification
