What You Will Do: As a UF DCP Industry Fellow

• You will support our efforts to expand the Digital Construction Management footprint in the US.

• Participate in the roll out of the in-house expertise to integrate all phases of the constructed asset lifecycle, beginning with the programming and design phase, including the construction and handover and beyond.

• Help support efficient operations and maintenance of both horizontal and vertical built assets through the development of digital twins.

• Developing a framework for applying DCM in the construction administration and management of current projects.

• Develop standards and contractual language for implementation; conducting a gap analysis and gathering lessons learned and integrating them into the framework.

What You Will Bring:

1. Construction management, urban and regional planning, civil engineering, or related background required.

2. Experience with Advanced Construction Information Modeling technologies for 4D and/or 5D information modeling e.g. Bentley Synchro, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Civil 3D, Infraworks, etc.

3. Computer programming skills desirable, not necessary.

4. Experience with integrated project delivery and Design/Build preferred.
