As a result of the growth, the company has an opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join this exciting team in Pasadena, California, USA. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate general ledger balances.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly balance sheets and income statements.

• Perform timely and accurate monthly closing, including preparation of reporting packages to HQ in China

• Prepare various reconciliations and account analysis.

• Coordinates and responds to the Group in China for various requests.

• Support tax filing and tax audits

• Any other responsibilities that are assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or related field.

• Three plus years of experience with business and accounting/financial reporting processes, systems and controls with in-depth knowledge of accounting policies and internal controls

• Public accounting audit experience a plus but not required.

• Experience in SAP preferred but not required.

• Good at Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Must be extremely detailed oriented, attentive to accuracy, well organized, ability to multi-task workload and a self-starter.
• Mandarin is preferred but not required

This position pays between $70 to $90K USD plus bonuses up to 15 % . in addition to the compensation, the company has excellent benefits in addition to 401K plan that offer 4 % match after the first year. Vacation 10 days first year, 15 days 2nd year.
