Position Description
The Project Engineer I may run a small project under the direct supervision of a Project Manager II or above, managing up to $2 million annually under the supervision of a manager. You will also mentor and assist in developing Project Engineers, having up to one direct report. You will work with Owners directly with assistance from your manager and develop a working relationship with clients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Developing and managing relationships with potential and current clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Playing a leading role in securing new business and negotiating contacts.
- Supervising projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
- Manage and oversee the project team, including senior project managers, superintendents, and engineers.
- Monitoring project budgets and costs to ensure financial targets are met.
- Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Position Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related degree
- 2 years’ experience
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of Construction Management
