Caseworker I in Fort Wayne, Indiana at Parkview Health

Must have an Associate degree in a mental health human services field or other related field or equivalent behavioral health experience meeting minimum competency standards set forth by the MRO provider agency. Must have a valid state drivers license reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. CPR required within 30 days of employment. Must complete non-crisis intervention within 60 days of hire. CANS 0-5 required within 30 days of hire for the offices of Bluffton Decatur and 3 Wishes. CANS 5-17 required within 30 days of hire for the offices of Bluffton Decatur Homebased Case Management 3 Wishes and In school Skills Program. ANSA required within 30 days for all areas except In School Skills Program and Residential Addictions 3.5. At least one year of experience in the field of mental health. Must be able to complete job duties autonomously. Demonstrated leadership skills and strong organizational skills. Ability to interpret and analyze medical and social history information. Exceptional communication skills both written and oral ability to positively influence others with respect and compassion Requires ability to communicate and resolve conflict. Strong work ethic built on a foundation of proactivity and team work. Ability to navigate ambiguity with the aid of structured problem solving techniques.
