About This Position
We are seeking a Monitoring Agent to become an integral part of our growing security team. The selected individual will work closely with our customers, law enforcement and fellow team members to help deliver an exceptional level of service. This position is a part time position with steady hours of Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM which totals 24 hours per week. This position also requires experience managing a crew of 6 to 7 people.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Law Enforcement when necessary for both dispatching and gathering information following an incident.
Communicate with customers during observed incidents on monitored locations.
Prepare incident reports
Qualifications:
Prior knowledge leading and managing a team
Clean background, no misdemeanors or felonies
Ability to pass both a pre-employment and random drug screen during employment
Ability to remain focused on a single task
Strong written & oral communication skills
Previous law enforcement or emergency dispatch experience is a plus, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
Commitment to quality and customer service
Ability to work in a team environment.
