Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in a multi-national company.
- Ability to develop and implement effective global recruitment strategies.
Accountability Objectives
The Lead Talent Acquisition position involves leading and managing international talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes. The role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent across international markets while overseeing a team of talent acquisition partners.
Major Duties
- Develop and Implement International Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to source and attract top talent across multiple countries.
- Lead Shared Services Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process for shared services, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all regions.
- Manage shared services Onboarding and Exit Functions: Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires and manage exit procedures for departing employees.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers across different countries to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Source International Candidates: Utilize global job boards, social networks, and other platforms to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Conduct Interviews: Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Employment Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance the company's employment brand internationally and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the hiring process.
- Develop and Implement Workforce Planning Strategies: Analyze current workforce capabilities and forecast future staffing needs to ensure the organization has the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles. Create and execute strategic workforce plans to address gaps and support business objectives.
- Maintain Employment Contracts: Oversee the maintenance and renewal of employment contracts, ensure timely updates for promotions, salary adjustments, and other changes. Keep accurate records of all contract modifications.
- Manage Employee Records: Ensure the accurate management and maintenance of employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including personal information, employment history, and performance data.
- Develop and Implement Immigration Policies: Create and maintain policies on immigration, including guidelines for hiring and transferring employees within the group across different countries. Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of talent acquisition partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies related to HR administration and compliance, ensuring they are up-to-date and in line with legal requirements.
