We’re thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of Motek West Village — a very exciting and unique opportunity to join our team at the start of this new chapter! We’re looking for passionate and driven hospitality professionals who want to be part of something special from day one.

Motek, a part of Happy Corner Hospitality collective, is a Mediterranean concept restaurant. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences to our valued guests. Position Overview:
As a bread/pizza cook, you will be making our fresh pitas throughout service. From food preparation to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety standards, your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in food production following recipes and restaurant guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.

  • Minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced kitchen environment. (Experience with Mediterranean food is a plus.)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a pizza maker.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Bilingual (not required however, it is a huge plus.)
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
