Job Summary

Eco Window, a manufacturer of high-performance hurricane impact aluminum windows and doors, is looking for a creative Content & Video Marketing Specialist to develop and manage the company’s digital marketing content.

This role will be responsible for creating and editing video content, managing social media platforms, producing marketing materials, and launching a YouTube channel focused on product education and installation guidance.

The ideal candidate is a strong content creator who can film, edit, and publish professional videos, while also managing social media and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

Video Content Creation (Primary Responsibility)

• Film and edit video content for marketing and educational purposes

• Produce installation videos, product demonstrations, and training content

• Create short-form content for social media (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

• Develop and manage the company YouTube channel

• Optimize videos for engagement and visibility

Social Media Management

• Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

• Plan and publish engaging content regularly

• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages

• Track performance and growth metric

Marketing Content Development

o Create content showcasing:

o New products

o Product features

o Installation guidance

o Manufacturing processes

o Completed projects

• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms

Email Marketing & Communications

• Create and distribute a monthly company newsletter including:

• Product updates

• Promotions

• Engineering developments

• Events and trade shows

• Company news

Marketing & Sales Support

• Product brochures

• Dealer communications

• Marketing materials

• Promotional campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in video production and editing

• Strong experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)

• Experience creating content for YouTube and social media

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Experience managing social media platforms

• Ability to work independently and generate creative ideas

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, architecture, or manufacturing industries

• Experience creating educational or instructional videos

• Basic photography skills

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk for extended periods while filming in production areas

• Move throughout the manufacturing facility and office areas

• Lift and carry video equipment, cameras, tripods, and lighting equipment (up to approximately 25 pounds)

• Bend, reach, and adjust equipment when setting up cameras or filming machinery

• Use hands and fingers to operate cameras, computers, editing equipment, and mobile devices

• Occasionally climb stairs or access different areas of the facility to capture video content

• Visually observe production processes and computer screens for editing and content review

• Work in a manufacturing environment that may include noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
