About This Position
Campers Inn RV is looking for a Lot Porter/Forklift Supervisor! This role is responsible for driving and towing RVs, using the forklift (varies by location), and maintaining the appearance of the RV lots.

Fair and competitive compensation
Essential Job Functions:
- Supervise, coach, and direct a team of Lot Porters
- Create and manage daily and weekly schedules to ensure proper coverage
- Monitor and approve time cards for all direct reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Provide ongoing training focused on safety, efficiency, and operational standards
- Oversee and assist in the safe movement of RVs and travel trailers throughout the property
- Ensure efficient transport of units on lot and local locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free lot environment
- Ensure RV units are properly staged, aligned, and presented according to company standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required (clean driving record)
- Experience operating tractors, forklifts and/or moving RVs, trailers, or large vehicles
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends as business needs dictate
- Flexibility to adjust schedule based on operational demands
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
- Ability to safely operate large vehicles and equipment
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed
