Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Aberdeen Dynamics is a full-service motion and control solutions provider with over 50 years of experience. We specialize in fluid power design, hydraulic systems, pneumatic control, and electro-mechanical solutions. Our expertise serves industries like oil and gas, rigging and recovery, power generation, construction, manufacturing, process and pipeline. We are trusted for engineering solutions and are known for designing and fabricating custom hydraulic power units, hydraulic valve actuators, and hydraulic winch packages.

A Warehouse Associate handles inventory logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, while maintaining an organized and safe environment, often using equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts, and ensuring accurate stock counts through record-keeping and system updates. On occasion, they may be required to work overtime to complete a task or project on time or other duties, as the company requires. Eligible for full-time status following successful completion of a 90-day evaluation

  • The employee occasionally will work in heat (weather); this position functions within a normal warehouse environment.

Physical Demands

  • The employee will occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch; the employee will regularly Stand; Walk; Use hands, fingers, to handle, or feel; Reach with hands and arms; Talk or hear; Must possess good physical dexterity and have the ability to perform manual tasks and body movement.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision; Distance vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception; Ability to adjust focus;
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be on their feet for 8 hours or more.
  • The employee is required to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • This position will require work on the computer, sitting and typing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receiving & Storing: Unloading deliveries, verifying accuracy against orders, inspecting for damage, and storing items in designated locations.
  • Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting cycle counts, updating records, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Equipment Operation: Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools (certification may be required).
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Knowledge and Education

  • English Language
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with inventory software and warehouse management systems is a plus.
