Millennium Home Health Care, Inc. is a privately owned agency in NE Oklahoma for over 20 years with a family atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead and oversee clinical operations for our home health agency. This role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and effective supervision of the clinical staff.

Responsibilites include:

• Providing clinical leadership and oversight for home health services
• Ensuring compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and Oklahoma regulations
• Supervise and support clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, therapists, CNAs)
• Review OASIS, plans of care and clinical documentation
• Oversee quality assurance, patient outcomes and survey readiness
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
