Description:

• Lead and oversee the production of design layouts and features.
• Lead site investigations and observations.
• Lead the translation of conceptual ideas into architectural graphics and prepare/conduct design presentations to communicate ideas to clients.
• Lead and oversee the preparation of proposals, reports and findings.
• Lead the develop technical drawings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Architecture from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of experience.

Preferred Education & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
• Experience using Newforma, Deltek Vision, SketchUp and InDesign a plus
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
• Independently performs assignments with instructions as to the general results expected.
• Understands the client’s decision-making processes and develops relationships internally and externally.
• Proficiency with REVIT
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills, detailing ability, strong code knowledge and planning experience.
• Detailed understanding of various regulatory building codes.

Salary range for this position varies between $115,000 – $175,000, depending upon applicable experience.
