This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a critical CRM ecosystem and drive operational excellence across commercial teams. You will act as the central expert for CRM strategy, ensuring the platform is optimized to support sales, marketing, and revenue operations. Working in a collaborative and fast-evolving environment, you’ll translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while maintaining high data quality standards. The position combines hands-on system administration with strategic process improvement, allowing you to directly impact pipeline visibility and business performance. - Serve as the primary CRM administrator, managing system configuration, user access, integrations, and overall platform governance
- Translate business requirements into CRM solutions, including workflows, pipelines, automation, and lifecycle management
- Ensure data integrity through governance frameworks, data hygiene practices, and deduplication processes
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline performance, sales activity, and key revenue metrics
- Provide ongoing user support, including training, troubleshooting, and guidance on CRM best practices
- Identify and implement new features and enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and user adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM capabilities with commercial objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Strong expertise in HubSpot, with additional experience in Salesforce or similar tools considered a plus
- Proven experience leading CRM implementations and architecture from discovery through deployment
- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes, lifecycle management, and complex deal cycles
- Experience integrating CRM systems with other tools such as ERP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Advanced knowledge of data management, data quality standards, and reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with stakeholders across teams
- Experience in medical devices or regulated industries is an advantage
