What You’ll Do

Model best practices through engaging math lesson demonstrationsLead interactive, standards-based training sessions rooted in NTN methodologyCoach and mentor teachers to improve classroom instruction and student outcomesCollaborate with school and district leaders to align efforts and meet professional development goalsAnalyze classroom data and help teachers plan purposeful, standards-aligned instructionProvide actionable feedback and complete regular reports on coaching impactStay current with trends in mathematics education and contribute to continuous program improvement

What We’re Looking For

Certified educator with at least 5 years of math teaching experience (3+ consecutive years in the classroom)Current Teaching LicenseStrong knowledge of Common Core State Standards – Mathematics (K–12) and Standards for Mathematical Practice (or your state specific process and content standards)Skilled in mentoring, instructional coaching, and classroom observationMastery-level content knowledge and the ability to inspire and support educatorsEffective communicator with excellent verbal and written skillsProficient in planning, feedback, and data analysisFamiliarity with NTN’s Key Elements to Mathematics Success curriculum is a plus
