About This Position
We are seeking a licensed BHP to provide high-quality clinical services, leadership, and mandated supervision/clinical oversight to our treatment team (BHTs/BHPPs). This role is critical for ensuring excellent resident care and compliance with clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical direction and supervision/oversight for behavioral health services (R9-10-706.G.1.f).
Conduct, review, and sign off on behavioral health assessments and individualized treatment plans.
Lead group and individual counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities.
Collaborate with the facility Administrator and Nursing staff to ensure integrated care.
Maintain a current professional license and adhere to professional scope of practice.
Required Qualifications
Current, active, and independent professional license in the State of Arizona (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LISAC, or equivalent as defined by ADHS and A.R.S. Title 32).
Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health-related field.
Experience in a residential treatment or substance use disorder setting is strongly preferred.
