About This Position
The Epitaxial Reactor Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) reactors. Reactor Technicians work closely with Epitaxial Engineers and UHV Technicians to ensure the day-to-day operation and high performance of MBE reactors to grow high quality layers of semiconductor material on wafer surfaces.
