Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition. Report any maintenance needs or issues.
Adhering to Safety Standards: Follow all safety regulations, both on the road and while loading/unloading products. Ensure proper handling of perishable or fragile goods.
Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service to customers during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns related to the delivery.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, invoices, and any issues encountered during the delivery process.
Compliance with Regulations: Follow all local and provincial traffic laws, as well as specific company policies regarding delivery and transportation.
